I came here to have breakfast however it was extremely packed so I decided I?d get my order to go. I was told by the waiter that the manager Patty told her I would be charged 10% for using to go trays since I was seated at the counter top and not eating inside. Due to Covid-19 new strand I thought maybe I would atleast try to be safe and eat to go since it was packed. However I didn?t mind tipping the person taking the order but to be charged for to go trays 10% is beyond extreme. However bathroom was very clean all staff were in mask environment was nice almost every one had hair nets well half of the crew didn?t (yikes) I?m still observing this atmosphere I?ll update later.
Ms. Mary the Site Manager should be an EXECUTIVE TRAINER. The Waffle House is extremely clean. The tables, cooking area, bathroom, the grounds are clean and extremely organized. The staff work together with great precision. I visit this location a minimum twice a week and the meals come out and served hot. They greet everyone with sincerity and people answer back happily. Many people have said that they drive out of their way to eat at this party Waffle House. Parking lot is clean. The dumpster is spotless. It is wheelchair accessible.
Everyone is so nice at this Waffle House. Our waitress was attentive and sweet and even brought my grandma something special. The only complaint is that it's too small so it's hard to get in at the busy times. I don't know how the lunch or dinner is but I can tell you that the waffles are the best in the world! It tastes like a big fluffy waffle ice cream cone!
The waffles alone have an amazing taste and texture. I love mine with the pecans and chocolate. They don't skimp! Thier dark roast coffee is way better than that other overpriced and over popular coffee place. They make breakfasts they way you want it and fast! No frills but good food and really inexpensive! Love this place.
