I used to work at Waffle House, and I want to applaud our server (Sam) for being so friendly, and good with my kids last night. The cook who was wearing a rockstar grill operator hat (the highest level you can be as a cook) was also wearing a very large pair of headphones, which made him not be able to hear the server call the order right. My husband ordered over medium eggs, and got scrambled eggs, which is no big deal. Our server asked the cook to re-make the eggs, and the cook looked at us, and shook his head.
