Very neat clean, well run and efficient staff, very friendly to customers, ALTHOUGH, One thing worth mentioning is that they weren't very friendly to the new trainee who had just started; one seemed a little bit impatient with her and not willing to train properly, so I thought I would mention that since I seem to always find some room for improvement. I know it's a big huge city where people find it hard to be kind to each other but we are human, you know. Please give the new girl a chance, she was very nice to me!Vegetarian options: Hash Brows grits and that's about all... make sure you tell them to hold the butter on the grits. If you're vegan this definitely is not the place for you.
Grill cook that is working the overnight shift has an awful attitude! I am just trying to order 3 meals there is one other person in the restaurant who is already eating and every time the waitress is calling out my order he is saying things like god damn, and should of just went to the grocery store. I asked for a refund twice and the waitress convinced me to stay and eat but I will not be returning I don’t want to be harassed for simply ordering food!
The staff at the restaurant were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, and it arrived promptly. While we waited for our meals, we enjoyed watching the chef as she prepared dishes for 8 to 10 plates lined up in front of her. She would receive the order details and then get straight to cooking, which was entertaining to see. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
I visited the restaurant to place an order and stood by the window to do so, but everyone was engrossed in conversation at two nearby tables and completely ignored me. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. What a disappointing experience with customer service!

I love WaHo! Stick to coffee and breakfast for the best experience. Most are quite busy at meal times, but if you can avoid those times by an hour or two you will find they are almost empty.Kid-friendliness: Casual atmosphere. Kids are welcome.
Sonya or Sonia needs to go back to training because her service was horrible. Now I know why the table before us got up and gave us the table because they probably knew her service was not it . Toya was nice and friendly.
Waffle House is the go-to spot for late-night food when nothing else is open. You can always count on it to fill you up before heading to bed!
