I drove to the restaurant after confirming our order three times, only to find that the breakfast sirloin was still missing. I would have had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes, and I knew my food would be cold by then. No thank you. On top of that, I still didn’t receive my receipts. If you’re training someone, it's important to stay by their side until they're fully prepared to serve customers on their own. Anything less can reflect poorly on the establishment, as we customers can be quite picky. Also, does this place have coffee carriers? I ended up balancing two hot coffees in the crook of my arm. I really like this place, but that day was just not a good experience.
I visited this restaurant for breakfast and had a delightful experience. The waitress was courteous, professional, and attentive to our needs. The restaurant appeared clean, which is often not the case for Waffle House locations. I preferred the layout of this specific location compared to others. The waitress suggested the blueberry waffle, which I tried for the first time and really liked. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would certainly return to this location.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and it was clear that all the diners were enjoying their meals. The place was also very clean, which made it my top choice for dining out. The waiters were incredibly kind and ensured that we were well looked after throughout our visit.
The restaurant was excellent! The bacon was cooked perfectly, the double hash browns were delicious, and the eggs were cooked just right. As soon as we walked in, everyone greeted us with a good morning. The location is convenient, right off I20 near hotels. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I ordered the All-Star special, which was delicious as always. This is a Waffle House, so you come here for the tasty, greasy breakfast food, not for the ambiance or cleanliness. The staff were friendly and efficient, with no issues to note.
While traveling, I was in need of a quick meal. Alisa welcomed us, seated us, and served us with such friendliness and warmth. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and was able to suggest great substitutions.
The service was outstanding, with warm and friendly greetings. The food was delicious and served promptly. I even returned for a second visit before writing this review, and they did not let me down.
