For some reason at this location, a woman stands at the door blocking your entry as she attempts to direct you to a place to sit which is totally annoying.I don't need anyone to find me a seat in a waffle house!She comes around to your table to talk to the customers and hovers while you are trying to eat. I came to eat and not talk so step away from my table.As I am eating and reading the news , here she comes, I avoid any eye contact so to get my attention on her walk by, she knocks on my table which is unacceptable!
I recently visited this restaurant located in a nearby hotel, and I was impressed with the food each time. I did notice that it can get quite crowded at times, which was a bit overwhelming for me as well. Despite the busyness, the service remained quick and efficient. I could see that some staff members were feeling the pressure during peak hours, and I empathized with them. Regardless, I will continue to support this wonderful place and its dedicated staff.
Can't beat waffle house and this was particularly rewarded, there was a young lady who worked there that didn't look old enough to work at all, but she was shift manager or manager or whatever, but let me say that she ran this place like a well oiled machine kudos to her.
