I ordered online on March 6, 2024, and as soon as I entered the restaurant, it was clear the waitress was frustrated. She mentioned, “I’m not even worried about online orders; they’re from the other store being closed.” Unfortunately, her comment was all too accurate. My food arrived with overcooked bacon and eggs, and I didn't receive the double hashbrowns I had ordered. This experience has left me feeling that I will never tip in advance again—it's frustrating when service doesn't warrant it.
