Called to wagamama tonight after work for a bite to eat on my own while I finished off some emails. it's always a little daunting heading to a restaurant on your own, but you get used it after you've done it a few times. Unfortunately...for me, the MK Xscape wagamama is more of a hub for Ubër Eats/Deliveroo than looking after customers inside the restaurant. I stood in their doorway for about minutes without even an acknowledgement of my presence from any of the staff. of the staff were busy away packing orders for the various delivery drivers that ushered past me in the narrow doorway (Good job their isn't a viral disease going around) other staff were pottering around the place, putting ou...
Look at my reviews you will see im a wagamama veteran the food was take away and still warm when home so thats a plus. There was no VAT reduction due to covid VAT reductions. The little bit of chicken i had was chewy the...vegetables were almost non existent. The sauce was bland and not really much of it. I think if places cant make a better effort to push out good food in these strange circumstances then something has gone wrong. Really disappointed. I had the firecracker chicken as always and can honestly say its the worst one to date.
The bottleneck around the entrance and exit could be easily sorted to become more covid responsible. The meal itself was nearly acceptable, although two main courses were wrong, the service was disjointed, we were charged for items for items we were told by the management...we wouldn't be. Overall very poor, the management need a bit of a review and after being a very happy customer of Wagamama for years as a staple go to when travelling, I will be avoiding going forwards as its all gone downhill quicker than a bobsleigh unfortunately.
We visited a restaurant before a show in November and were impressed with the top-notch food and service. We have dined at several Wagamama locations across the globe, including in New Zealand, but this was hands down the best steak teriyaki soba we've ever had. Our server, Sophie, was delightful and efficient, passing along our compliments to the talented chef, Amele. When I went to thank Amele personally at the end of our meal, she was positively beaming. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to MK.

We went for dinner and it was absolutely brilliant the staff were all brilliant really friendly and attentive. We had bang band cauliflower, edamame beans, firecracker chicken. Soba noodles with amai sauce and vegan pad Thai for our meals. It was serviced fast, fresh and...hot. We all loved it the meals were all made really well and seasoned to perfection. This is one branch where it’s consistent every time no matter if you go when it’s really busy or quiet you can always get a brilliant meal.
Ordered delivered even though driver had picked up at Food was stone cold so I put prawns in oven, that’s when I saw the hair!!! Cost for meal which I threw away and got credit!! Was in live chat...and even that service was terrible. one thing that was funny, the driver dropped on doorstep and legged it away) he knew!!
Had a really nice time here with my family, the kids loved the food and the waiter was very friendly. Thought it was a bit sparing of meat for one of the meals and without hesitation he went and got us a generous amount more....Think his name was Dan. It really is the brilliant staff who can boost the reviews.
As a newcomer to Japanese cuisine, the highlight of my dining experience at this restaurant was the delicious ramen. The serving speed and quality of the food were fantastic, providing pure happiness with every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving Japanese cuisine.

Wagamama is one place that never disappoints me. From their Vegan Katsu Curry to Vegan Yashi Soba, every meal is cooked to perfection. And not to forget their free green tea which is always a good idea to start with (especially when it's freezing outside).
