Not good at all. When heading into the restaurant we were straight in and sat down at it didn’t appear too busy. We sat scrolling through the menus and decided very quick as every other wagamamas we go to, we are served within 5 minutes! We waited for 30 minutes and big groups of people had ordered, received their drinks and mains… After 40 minutes I decided to ask our server Micheal if he was serving us and he said 2 minutes. 5 minutes later he turned up after groups of people had paid and left!!! He then said that he’s sorry but he should have served someone before us in the first place but he came over because we called him over!! This is incredibly impolite and just making excuses for be...
My husband and I have dined at several Wagamama locations multiple times. We typically start with the squid, which is consistently well-prepared and tasty. Last night, the squid was delicious as always. We then ordered the Firecracker Chicken, another favorite from the Wagamama menu. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the dish this time. While we appreciate that the Firecracker Chicken is meant to be spicy, the sauce on last night's chicken was so hot that it was practically inedible! I could only manage three bites, while my husband had six before giving up. The heat from the chillies was extremely intense. Apparently, the sauce is not made in-house, so the chefs may be forgiven to some...
I have been to Wagamamas in the UK and Australia many times, so I was thrilled to find Wagamamas in Leicester, UK, very close to where I was staying. I chose to eat early, because I know how busy this restaurant usually is. As soon as my eyes lit upon the photo of the Chicken Raisukaree I was hooked. From the first mouthful, it certainly lived up to its name. It was absolutely delicious! It was so delicious that I had to go back for more during my two week stay. Every meal in Wagamamas is absolutely delicious.
5 Stars for our waiter for the evening Casper. What a fantastic waiter with an unmatched charisma. Anything we needed, he was more than happy to assist with, at great pace as well, really adds to your evening when you feel appreciated by your server, so I want him and manager’s of this restaurant to know that we appreciated him. A delay on one of the meals is why this review is 4 Stars but Casper did all he could to help resolve this.

We had a lovely time at wagamama. Our server Alicia (hopefully that is spelled right) was so helpful and friendly and as it was our first time coming, she walked us through the menu and recommended the lovely Ebi katsu and Pad thai!! Our plates were taken away by one of female managers and she was delightful as well and asked about our food. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be returning.
My partner and I had a wonderful time at the restaurant. We were served by Leanne, whose name was written on the menu. Two lovely girls, one with dark hair and gold jewellery (I'm not sure of her name) and Leanne, served us. They provided great service and we really enjoyed the food.
Excellent food and great service from all the team as usual. We have been on numerous occasions and have been served by Charmaine a few times. A lovely chatty young woman who always serves with a smile. Love coming here
My best friend and I came to Wagas for some food and gossip, and Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and even refilled our drinks. She was very friendly and smiley too!

The food as always was delicious but fantastic service from Chris who was quick to spot and resolve that our meals hadn’t been put ordered. Thanks for making our night so pleasant.
Excellent service this evening by Nicolas in the Leicester branch. He has excellent customer service and made the visit even more enjoyable. As always, delicious food.
