Wagamama - Réservation de table

When I was younger my parents would never have dreamed of taking me to an Asian style restaurant, purely down to the presence of allergens in the kitchens and the amount of dishes which contained tree/ peanuts. However, Wagamama has made this a possibility with arguably the best allergen menu of a “high street” restaurant chain. The menu itself is incredibly easily to use, due to the fact it filters the menu to show you dishes which don’t contain your selected allergen. This in itself gives a person with an allergy a real sense of safety, that is furthered when told you’ve been allocated a manager and a member of waiting staff purely for your table. A consistent restaurant. We joined a large queue which was cleared in about fifteen minutes. The team were very friendly and the food was mostly enjoyable. The vegan sticky ribs weren’t for us (personal taste) and the edamame seemed to be missing the salt. The pad Thai I had however was wonderful as was the mushroom bao. The chefs made a tweaked version of the menu to accommodate dietary preferences which was appreciated. Drinks arrived after the food but the team explained that was because they were training.

Absolutely amazing experience! I stopped by after shopping and was greeted warmly. I enjoyed a delicious dinner and received excellent service from Joe, who suggested an outstanding dish. The food was so good that I ended up purchasing the cookbook. It's not often that you come across such a fantastic restaurant in a shopping center.

Came in for food before heading off to the cinema with some friends. Absolutely could not fault the experience; the food was lovely, and the staff were all extremely friendly. Our server Kate was so lovely, she bantered on with us all, and we had a nice conversation. Thank you, we will definitely be back : Réservez une table maintenant

Yet another restaurant chain that is hyped up as amazing. Sorry but food bland and overpriced. I had chicken and king prawn noodle dish. 3 prawns in the dish. A japanese food equivalant of Macdonalds. Tasteless over priced rubbish.

My boyfriend and I frequent this restaurant and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is consistently excellent and we never had a bad meal. It has now become one of our go-to spots for dining out.

Lovely meal at Wagamama today when visiting the Metro Centre. Enjoyed the excellent food and the service was very smooth and efficient. All carried out by a nice young lady called Liv. Thanks very much.

I had got delivery from here and my food was cold and tasteless , their was a long wait time despite their being hardly any customers however the staff were lovely

There was a small mistake with our order, but the staff, such as Abi, were amazing about it and handed the situation perfectly. The Food is AMAZING.
