Dear Wagamama’s, Myself and my friend went for a lovely meal today and were blown away by the wonderful service we received. We were greeted at the door by the Charming Emanuel, who was incredibly attentive and reassured us that we would be placed at...a good table, and that proper sanitation was in place. He wooed the line of customers outside the door with finesse and wit making it a comfortable wait for our table. wagamama was a novelty before a quarter century, with diners who float around a block near the British museum to grab a cripple in a small cellar. we came here as a family to try something new. it was a brave choice with 2 fussy teenagers, but we gave him a jump and it turned into a roaring success. Maybe it was the 20,000 steps we had walked into london before. only the fantastic smells from the restaurant, but we all ate as if we were hungry. the children were adventurous and loved the hacker sticks. they did very well with their main course and the numerous dishes we had to try! it was the first time we ever tried wagamama, but it won't be the last!

Very tasty food at a very reasonable price, which is very rare in post COVID London. The number of times I was disappointed in eating out recently, restaurants tend to charge premium for very bad food. Great to see Wagamama exceptionally kept their standards high....Good range, pleasant atmosphere. We were served by Deanna, who was exceptionally good. I go to this place often. I will definitely be back.
we were there after work for a quick dinner. the staff was best on average, uninterested in ordering or helping with everything. just because we asked for a few forks, it seemed to be annoying. eating in wagamama is known for beautiful looking...and appetit sign, but what we got on this day was missing from a real taste and it was not fun. I'm really disappointed with them.
I had the Katsu curry and to be honest I didn’t think it was all that, it was like a Birdseye piece of chicken with a massive amount of sticky rice with chip shop curry sauce. Don’t think I’d try the Katsu curry again. I...thought it would taste more like a fresh bit of chicken but it didn’t. Service was good and very friendly but food was rubbish.
Very friendly staff and very quick service . We went for lunch on Monday and it wasn’t busy at all . The whole team has been very attentive and friendly. And the food was great . Well Done guys !

Very very good vegan options here!!! The vegan pad Thai is just the best really. We Also had the bang bang broccoli and veggie gyoza... surprisingly delicious
