Waggs Steak & Seafood Front

You might not expect much from a dark eatery attached to a discount motel in the industrial section of Sarnia. The waitresses made it special. Plus the food was outstanding. I chose pickerel, something one does not see on menus in the midwest. The waitress was friendly and queried the chef about whether pickerel was the Canadian term for northern or walleye pike. It turned out to be walleye, we think. In any event, it was quite good. Now, if they could just brighten up the place a little.

This restaurant is definitely on my top 3 restaurants to choose from in Sarnia. Fantastic service. Food is always stupendous and price is always reasonable. Never had a bad meal there. Always take our family and out of town guests to enjoy great times together. Would give it a 5/5. Anytime lunch or dinner. You'll never go wrong.

We have never had a bad meal at Waggs . We especially love the prime rib and the ice cream crepe for dessert. They have coupons for early bird special in the weekly flyers which we try to use once a month. The service is excellent. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Great prime rib with all the trimmings! Homemade Roasted Red Pepper soup. Great service and value for your money....
