Dinner here tonight and first time dining here and never again. Dining area is down stairs from the main bar, we were told where out table was and we sat down, no menus on the table, no menu boards in the dining room but...there was one at the behind the dining room bar. We ordered drinks, not sure which sales system they use but it just looked like an iPad and the poor lady serving couldn't work the system and ended up just adding up everything on her phone. We had to get our own menus from the bar but the menu had a good variety of food, that was one good thing. Decisions were made and up we went to bar to order (no issue there). Ordering, this was one big adventurer! We couldn't get a pub...
went to dinner with the family, and was very disappointed! they were said to have been called from scallops, salt and pfeffer calamari, cob laaf, garlauchbrot. after our attempt to finally find food, we could order. then it was said that we had “old menus” and. the prices had risen. then minen had to wait until the food arrived, not to mention that we were the only ones in the area, and it was quiet. no tw, no music, nothing. we played our own music from one of our phones. the employees hardly talked to us, and did not even thank us for coming or wish us a nice evening as we have gone. in any case will not go back, and will be friends saying that it will not disturb either.
Service and food not good. staff are rude. First time I ordered not a problem. time I ordered all come in a soggy cardboard box , chicken was over cooked and dry, steak was very chewy and not a scotch fillet what i meal come with a salad and one without, both where meant to have chips and salad. time was ok I ordered a meal with chips and salad but yet again no salad. And guess what I order a fisherman basket tonight with chips and salad and of course they forgot the salad and tartare sauce. The whole time I let it go but when I was talking to them they they didn't take it well
The beef schnitzel was delicious and a decent size, with the option for a larger portion. The vegetables were average but not overcooked, and the potato bake was okay. For a budget-friendly pub meal, it was quite good. The decor could use some updating, but the menu was fantastic with a wide selection of Parmies at reasonable prices. We will definitely return for another meal and were pleased that we decided to try out this old pub after reading some reviews. We even passed along a compliment to the chef.

In times we are trying to get takeaway at least once a week to support our local eateries. Last night we had the chicken schnitzels with chips and vegies from here. Perfect. So tasty, generous meal size. Haven't eaten here before but will definitely...order again and go to eat when all the shutdowns are over.
This restaurant experience was terrible. I ordered scotch but was brought a porterhouse steak instead. When I asked about the mix-up, the server said all the meats are kept together in the same bucket so a mistake could have easily been made. What's the big deal?
Poor service. No friendliness at all. No menu in reach. Had to go looking. Meals wait time far too long. Cheese burger ordered with no cheese in sight. Chips overcooked. Scallops size of piece. Not busy so should have had better service. No hurry...to return
First time ordering and never again, been waiting almost hours passed my expected delivery time and still waiting with a family to feed it’s absolutely disgusting to be made to wait so long passed the delivery time I requested when placing my order

I called in an order for three meals and had them delivered. The Parmesan and vegetable dish was not only the best value on the menu but also tasted fantastic. Definitely worth a try!
