This is the best sushi in all of Minneapolis! I tried the Escolar Sashimi, the Tootsie roll, the Bentley roll, and the Wakame roll. The Bentley roll had just the right amount of spices and even came with its own special dipping sauce, which complemented the roll perfectly. The sushi was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and served at the ideal temperature. I highly recommend visiting this place when you're in the area!
I loved the mango sushi and the mango tuna sushi. I will always come back for it. The crazy monkey rolls tasted insane and good. I did not like the pad thai tho. Maybe it was made in a hurry i think because there were so many people. The server was so nice and perfect. The price was worth it. 9/10 definitely will go again
Wakame is the Best Sushi in Minnesota. Súper high end food and great service and friendly professional staff. Very nice atmosphere and great outdoor dining during the nice weather months. Wakame is a must for all Sushi enthusiasts. The owner is a very kind and friendly guy.
One of the best sushi places in the Twin Cities, without a doubt! The service was just fine, but the food—especially the sushi—was absolutely delicious! We were informed that our sushi would take an hour due to how busy it was, but it arrived much sooner than expected! Réservez une table maintenant
Wakame was formerly our favorite sushi in the Minneapolis area, however the quality has dropped precipitously. The salmon tasted slightly old, and the rice slightly stale. Very disappointing when a restaurant changes for the worse.
Been going for years, love Wakame! I always get the Massamun Curry. Always delicious! Pad Thai has a bit too much fish sauce for me personally. Not a sushi eater but I'm told there's is damn good, with a great happy hour!
The sushi was amazing. Our waiter was awesome and answered all our questions. The drinks were really good. I loved the atmosphere, you could dress up or down; it didn't matter. Would definitely come back!
