First a warm thank you to the two friendly and competent ladies in the service of the Waldcafes. We like to come back for hiking or e-bikes. The hotel is not the most modern but harmoniously Mediterranean style and has a breakfast room and a terrace in the EC and a lounge and a communal balcony in the 1st floor. We had booked the cheapest room with forest view, it had no balcony and the WLAN didn't work on our room, but for 3 nights it was completely ok for us. On the breakfast buffet we found everything for a good start to the day, especially the fresh fruit salad is to be highlighted. Around the clock there are drinks, cakes and candy in self service. We were able to spend 14 very nice days in the hotel, which certainly contributed to the magnificent area and the weather. Breakfast and evening buffet were excellent and so delicious, so absolutely recommended. We were still delighted with the great view from both the balcony and the restaurant. We found the room all right. We like the colourful design of the rooms and restaurants, the matching with the colors of the textiles, as well as the extraordinary possibilities of lighting in the room. We would like to thank our staff very much, they always had an open ear for our wishes and concerns. All in all, it was a successful holiday for us, which we will remember for a long time.
We chose this hotel, replacement for another, unfortunately overbooked hotel. Unfortunately, I must say that we have never seen such an ugly hotel. Although a new bathroom was installed in our room, unfortunately it is too small. You can also hear the showers and toilets running at night. Even the urination from the neighbor is to be heard. The so-called south-facing balcony has a beautiful view, but it was already. Cigarette smoke came from the neighboring room. Close window was also not an option due to missing air conditioning. I can't recommend this hotel.
Veraltetes Hotel , Dreckige Betttücher , Trotz Schild an der Türkleppe wurde kein Zimmerservice durchgeführt , es wurde gesagt , das es Vergessen wurde .Am 16.8.22 mußten wir 30 km in ein anderes Hotel zum Abendessen fahren , weil kein Koch da war . Nicht zu Empfehlen Outdated hotel, dirty sheets, no room service despite a sign on the doorknob, they said it was forgotten. On 8/16/22 we had to drive 30 km to another hotel for dinner because there was no cook. Not recommendable Réservez une table maintenant
By mistake, this hotel was booked but only on the day of arrival to much despite the telephone call that a arrival is not possible to come to the hotel price was debited to 100 percent.
