Were today for Christmas dinner with the family in the cuckoo and were unfortunately disappointed. There were different menus to choose from, of which all had the same soup and dessert. The soup was very delicious and nice hot. At the main courts we had 5 different plus the children's court. There the potato pulp was very sharp and had a light powder taste, the chicken carving in crispy panade was quite good. The Cordon Bleu was very thin, the Zander incl. Supplements were very delicious. Unfortunately the goulash of the deer grows, partly very fat and the sauce is sour. The goose breast completely dry, the sauce was also sour and very little, and there were red cabbage that was strongly boi...
Unfortunately, our ribs and the supplements (pommes and potato cracks) were already cold on the buffet. The salad was partly bought (Krautsalat and Famer Salat), the carvings are not roasted in the pan but from the frying pan and the sauce was also a ready-made sauce. The food is also served too quickly. Good freshly prepared food needs its time. Unfortunately, this is the motto mass instead of class . That's very bad, it's been quite different. One can only hope that the cook will not stay in the long run and a proper decent cook will be set.
How were five times here, but unfortunately it was never really delicious. Today it was the last time, because it's just too much conviction that you are standing up. We had carvings with mushroom cream sauce and a Cordon Bleu. Both sauces were convinced, really not pleasant, the carvings of shaped meat. Only the service was nice, friendly, polite and helpful. That's the only reason I come back.
