We had the menu for lunch and were very happy with the food as well as with the service. The first course was an alp cheese carpaccio, then three different soups and the "Rehrücken" as a main. The dessert was also good but not spectacular. They have an extensive wine list of local wines from "Bündner Herrschaft" as well as a good selection of Italian, French and Latin American wines.
Waldheim has a great location at the beginning of Weisstannental.They offer specialities from the region which change during seasons. In autumn they have a good selection of venison from the local woods.We had the four course menu and found it very tasty - generous portions, simple but excellent cooking.
Nice and charming swiss restaurant with a good service and a fantastic panoramic view to the mountains. The food was excellent with a good quality.

Essen hat zwar seinen Preis, war aber ausgezeichnet, auch Service war top. Gerne wieder.
