Waldo Cooneys Pizza

My first time ever ordering from this location as I don't live in the area I normally buy from the ones in chicago which were great!! I ordered pizza for my mom that is currently in a nursing home and can barely breathe and is on oxygen and the one thing she asked for is a pizza and i communicated with the delivery guy to deliver to her nursing home location front desk the guy ended up just giving my moms order to some random guy who was not associated with the facility literally on the street and my mom never got the pizza called for a refund the guy was so rude and nasty to me and my mother all because he gave our order to a random guy told us they will give the refund and said we cannot o...

Terrible terrible service. the pizza is ok when it’s fresh but the service from the Mexican grumpy guy at the window tops it off. He must be unhappy that he works at a pizza place and does not have much going on in his life! I will not be back the service from him was terrible he is clown in my eyes and very unprofessional. I told him I would be writing a review to let others know this location gave out terrible service and the food isn’t great is so so. his service will end up closing this location down!

My favorite Waldo Cooneys location. Have been coming here for about 6 years now. Food is always made right, and orders are always complete.
