"We was staying the night close by and we are from Waldo OHIO which is why we picked this place. Absolutely the best wings I have ever had. The Pittsburgh Burger with the STEELERS was also awesome. Highly recommend going to Waldo's Wings."

The Waldo's Wings Experience Call-in/Pick-Up Edition). I was conflicted about getting wings or a salad or both on this day. So, I called Waldo's Wings and ordered their Buffalo Boneless Bites salad with specialty sauce Hot) made with bleu cheese crumbles and crispy bacon on a tossed salad, served in a tortilla shell. I asked for no bleu cheese and bacon. I specifically requested cheddar cheese instead of bleu cheese and was told the salad would come with cheddar. Whoever took my order appeared friendly and provided me with a 15-minute pickup time. Once I arrived to get my food, I encountered a staff member on their phone. decided to eat lunch today to celebrate Father's Day. Entering institution and was immediately used. The restaurant might have 10 tables. The staff ignored us in the vicinity of 15 minutes and even to wait for 2 other tables that arrived long after. The waitress who worked the section in which we literally went past us, spoke 6 times with not even one word. My family and I went out. We've been showing a patronage here for 8 years. Whoever works as a manager must train the staff immediately.
Has gone downhill! Service was absolutely horrible at 4:30 we were 1 of 3 tables. Wings were dry. Asked for extra sauce.waitress was sitting on her phone in a booth at the front. So Never got it. Onion rings were barely cooked and all breading fell off. Got up to pay bill. Wife went to restroom. Came back and table was cleared. No chance for anymore drink. Or drink to go.
My family and I have a new place to try every time we get to Winston Salem. Today we chose Waldo's wing. We were very impressed by how friendly our waitress was and how clean the restaurant and toilets were. The food is impeccable and they have a menu for each pallet. We were just as enthusiastic about the manager. So friendly and friendly! Are we coming back????????????
