Waldrestaurant Mecki

The forest restaurant Mecki is the only place in the tranquil village of Haselbach, located in the beautiful Haselbach Valley. But even if there were more choices here, where one would like to eat lunch, my choice would always fall to the forest restaurant Mecki. Not only because of the family environment and the friendly atmosphere in the economy itself, as well as in the beer garden next door, but above all because of the very delicious food. Here you can recommend the panned scavenger with late zle and sauce, which not only makes you tired, but also enchants you with every bite, enjoying the taste nerves. You can only hope that it will continue for a long time. More than just some Swabian...

Quiet and beautifully located restaurant, which invites you to return. However, it would be advisable to book a table (what we thank God despite worse weather). The choice of food is not too large, but I think it is absolutely sufficient. What I personally liked is that it is a petty-bourgeois card. Filling soup, scavenger, dish bevel, mouthbags in different variants... Of course homemade! The price-performance ratio then fits easily. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait for the drinks or for the food long. We will come back as it is worth it and as there are good-bourgeois restaurants unfortunately only too rarely.

Traditional Swabian restaurant with small beer garden. Very delicious food. The jaw pockets are absolutely recommended. Cosy ambience. Ideal for hiking or cycling trips.
