We were in February 2022 and today for food in the Waldschenke fleet. The food is still of good quality and the ambience in a somewhat obsolete, bourgeois style. Unfortunately, the Waldschenke watch is not good with a female operation. A subtle note that the table runner at our reserved table was already provided with crumbs and a stain at the opening of the restaurant was denied. We had reserved for 5 people outside, but there was not even room for 3 people, so it went to the guest room. Drinks came fast, then nothing came, after 30 minutes the waiter came and said that is a large group in the next room and therefore it takes a little longer. That's what he knew before, why it wasn't told us right away, it's not a problem. Very friendly the Lord was not. Someday (after an hour the food came, that was very delicious. There are 2 stars for this, unfortunately no longer in it, will not come again, no recommendation, service desert Germany pure;
We have been coming with our parents, grandparents to the Waldschänke fleet for years and have celebrated several family celebrations there. When we wanted to eat our own children (children) there, you really have a guest 2. Class felt children are not welcome here, there is no children's card and you have no understanding with surrounding children and was even asked to sit (the restaurant was 10 occupied). So not recommended with children, we felt very uncomfortable and regret to have left money there at all.

Usually always made good experiences, also very nice terrace. Today (19.03.23) has unfortunately made very unfortunate experiences, very unfriendly service that has stimulated and reacted to nice requests for food. We had to wait a long time for the food and not even a cola was served within half an hour. I hope that was an exception.
-unfriendly operation - we were at a table with 13 people for max. 12 people placed - a food was simply forgotten - on demand could not even be brought a sharp knife -children's dinner misdisplay. Children shared a meal. For the extra plate even 1€ was required. Very child-unfriendly We definitely don't come anymore!
We were eating there after hiking. Both the supplemental salad and the chicken with pommes were perfect. We will be happy to come back to taste the calf carving. The service is good and despite the relatively well visited place, the waiting time was not long. No longer self-evident today
