We were a guest at Waldschlösschen on 14.06.2019 and were once again very satisfied. It is a small but fine excursion restaurant. The card is quite small, but also completely sufficient so that everyone has found something suitable. Prices and portion size are more than fair and appropriate. Okay, the croquettes are finished but this is also okay here (even in relation to prices etc.). This was nice and fast: . In beautiful weather you can also sit in the adjacent beer garden and enjoy the weather. A small disadvantage: this one is unfortunately on the other side of the street, but that should not be a world downfall. If we are close again, we will surely go back to the forest.
The restaurant was quite full, so you should reserve it before. The service still worked well. We had ordered sülze with roast potatoes and were delighted. Small tip: There are wildslabs and normal slabs. Just ask and you get a disc from each slender. The roast potatoes were excellently tanned and not greasy. The portions are sufficient. If you like a little more acidic, you should order a little vinegar. Conclusion: Good home cooking, recommended
My daughter ordered a cappuccino. She has a cup of cappuccino made from finished powder (underground in taste without milk foam) and that for 2.80€. My ice cream was probably also made of powder. The owner should be able to disintegrate the price development of her restaurant in the last 2 years. for example 1 pot of coffee 4,50€, 1/2 l beer 5,20€. I used to have been there more often, that has changed fundamentally.
The food was as always very good. The portions sufficient and the operation very accommodating. On Valentine's Day we got a place for a short time. The table was also covered with the occasion. But I was on my way with my buddy and we didn't think about it... =D Réservez une table maintenant
