We chose this restaurant to have our first raclette of the trip, but the dish, though it looked beautiful, didn’t taste at all like raclette but rather like some nondescript cheese. There was no smell at all. Very strange. We are raclette lovers! When we asked the waitress about the raclette (thinking she might say it’s young or mild… conceivable if unlikely), she immediately turned angry and dismissive. When she brought us the bill, she said the card reader was broken, too. Again, this might have been true, but it seemed a strange coincidence. Finally, just a note that on the table, they advertise 10cl of a wine is 6.80 and 50cl is 38 CHF. Well… if you do the math, you’re paying more for the bottle than by the glass! We asked about this when we sat down, but she waved us away. So make sure to order by the glass! It’s cheaper.

Restaurant with a good atmosphere, and a very good location. We had a very good dinner, but they cheated us with the water. We asked for normal water, and they served us a jug of tap water, and then on the ticket they charged us 9.60 francs. The difficulty with the language prevented us from understanding each other, and there was no way, so we had no choice but to pay the note, with the consequent annoyance. It is sad that they take advantage of a lack of understanding and spoil the image of a great place.

Run away !!!!! Cheese crust served with way too much cheese, the top of the crust was cooked and the inside was downright raw, just inedible. Slow and poor service Absolutely to avoid! Too bad for a restaurant said “specialized”………

Delicious, regional food. Very big meals. Best raclette I've ever had
