I frequently passed by this restaurant without realizing it was a hidden gem. The atmosphere is peaceful and charming, with lovely picture frames adorning the bar. They offer a variety of games to play and an extensive selection of beers. The food is fantastic; I particularly enjoyed the buffalo chicken breast pocket with garlic butter. The side options are limited to chips and pickles. Don't expect a complex menu—it's simple, delicious, and budget-friendly.
I've been a customer since 1994, but I was disappointed when my 21-year-old son was turned away because his driver's license is in portrait format. It's frustrating that you focus on the orientation instead of the date. It seems like you only accept landscape licenses, even if they might be fake, while disregarding legitimate IDs from neighboring states. It's unfortunate, but I won't be returning, and neither will my three sons.
I presented a valid, non-expired vertical ID because I am 21 years old, but they refused to accept it. I know plenty of people who went there with fake IDs in high school, so I thought it wouldn’t be an issue that I hadn’t updated my ID just two weeks after turning 21. Clearly, I was mistaken—apparently, it’s a huge deal. I would not recommend this place.
I've noticed this bar in Westmont for some time but never ventured inside. It appeared to be quite small and cramped. However, I was surprised to find that Walsh's is actually much larger than it seems! Réservez une table maintenant
I've walked by this restaurant numerous times without realizing it was such a hidden gem. The atmosphere here is pleasant and calm, complemented by charming picture frames adorning the walls.
I walked in and instantly felt unwelcome. The bartender wouldn't accept out-of-state IDs. Overall, it wasn't worth my time to visit this place.
This is a fantastic hidden bar and barbecue spot. The pocket sandwiches are truly out of this world!
