Very disappointing: the quality of service is way way under the standards. We wanted to go sledging, bought tickets, but the website did not mention that the slopes were closed. I went to the counter and sent the Pizol administration an email asking or refund and they lied saying that the website mentioned the slopes were closed (they quickly added the warning on the website, but I have video to prove they lie and no warning was shown when I bought tickets). For the refund they invoke article 3 from terms and condition that they have no responsibility for you in case they forget to inform you cannot ski sledge, so you go at your own risk. Overall I do not recommend this place.
Der Shuttlebus für die extra Parkplätze (STRAUB Werke zbsp. werden NICHT regelmässig vom Shuttlebus befahren... Die Dame an der Kasse sagte mir dieser würde bald und regelmässig kommen. Nach 45 Minuten (Bus stand davor bereits da ohne Fahrer usw. bin ich selbst bis zum STRAUB Werke Parkplatz gelaufen. Wenn man nicht in der Lage ist eine genau Info oder Zeit zu nennen, oder einen Shuttlebus zu haben, der im gleichen Zeitabstand regelmässig die Parkplätze abfährt, sollte man den Kunden an der Kasse nicht falsche Versprechen machen. Zudem steht man EWIG an der Kasse an, welche auch zu Stosszeiten selten mehr als 1 Kasse besetzt hat.
Abbiamo usato la funivia per visitare i cinque laghi di Pizol. Bell'esperienza se non fosse che abbiamo dovuto fare tutto di fretta non godendosi tranquillamente il panorama, per non perdere l'ultima funivia alle 16:30. Da tenere conto che comunque siamo arrivati lì in prima mattinata. Consiglio magari di rivedere gli orari visto che comunque i biglietti costano parecchio.
Unglaubliche Erfahrung. Ich werde wieder noch Mal hier kommen. Dienst war sehr toll. Mitarbeitenden hat erinnert am Anfang der Wandern Sonnencreme auflegen und auch begrüsst am Schluss. Ich habe für Parkplatz vergessen zu bezahlen, und es war eine Möglichkeit ohne Busse es einlösen. Unglaubliches Dienst!

Der Ticketkauf war sehr unkompliziert online und die Aktivierung via Swisspass hat auch super funktioniert.
Gut Aber längere Warteschlange oftmals nur oftmals nur eine Kasse offen zum Ticket kaufen
