Lovely 3 star hotel in the heart of Winterthur. Friendly reception. My room was towards the garden with a nice view and very calm. Just by the station and in 20min at the Airport of Zurich by train. The room was tidy and spacious. Has a kettle with tea and coffee in the room plus little fridge. The breakfast was lovely with cheese, eggs etc. The bed was comfy . Many restaurants nearby especially around the corner a lovely Thai restaurant.

Nice hotel, perfect location, especially for us on our way through. The train station is next door, but you don't notice it at all in the hotel. Downtown, bars, restaurants and the stadium within a few minutes walk. Incredibly friendly service at reception and at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast is also really recommended. We were only guests for one night, but we really felt very welcome!

Wirklich tolles Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof Winterthur. Schön und praktisch eingerichtetes sehr grosszügiges Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Executive), sehr sauber und ruhig. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal beim Check-in. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Forgotten belongings in the hotel room. Refusal of the hotel to enter into the matter. You had to go back in person. Poor customer service.
