Increíble experiencia en Wasabi, Calafell. Nos paramos a cenar tras un día de playa y fue la elección perfecta. De primero, pedimos una ensalada con algas, tomates y huevo con una deliciosa salsa tipo mostaza, ¡muy recomendable! Acompañé la cena con una cerveza Ámbar bien fresquita, que también recomiendo por su excelente relación calidad-precio. El plato principal fue la caja Deluxe de sushi, con 26 piezas variadas. Las piezas con langostino en tempura fueron una delicia absoluta, pero también disfrutamos mucho las variedades con pulpo y sepia. El jengibre y la soja estaban perfectamente preparados, añadiendo un toque extra a cada bocado. El ambiente no podía ser mejor: frente al mar, a fin...
Nice place on the beach with a few vegan options that were really delicious. We had edamame and gyozas as appetizers that were really good, and udon noodles next that are made vegan, even without egg, unless you choose specifically to ingredients that are made with another noodle dish. Regarding sushi, the options were limited: Avocado and Gurken-Maki reels are available, but we tried an avocado and Seaweed-Clifornia reel type that was very good. You also have a vegan ramen that we didn't try.
Hasta hoy era un sitio al que me gustaba ir por sus giozas I tartar de atún. Al pedir sushi la he fastidiado. Le comento que el arroz estaba pasado, es decir pastoso, va I me discute. Cuando mi pareja va al baño, pasa por delante de la cocina y ve que lo están tirando todo. Y van y me lo cobran. Te tendría que cobrar yo por ayudarte jajaja Hasta nunca zoquete!
