Wasabi Japanese

I've been going to Wasabi in the last 11 years and I've been working in Hudson. Sushi, lunch can and other dishes were excellent. It is always well presented and prices are very reasonable. The sushi has generous fish pieces that taste fresh every visit. The Wasabi and ginger await you at the top of Sushi Restaurant. I always felt great after dinner. Of the hundreds of times I visited, they never got an order wrong. The staff is very friendly and the expediter is always eager to turn around. Thank you Wasabi for all the years Sushi and I wish you a lot of success in the future.

Best sushi in the area. Great staff, and solid food to back em up. If raw fish isn't your thing there are plenty of cooked options from the kitchen. The lunch specials are a solid deal, soup and three rolls for under 15$, can't best that. If you have a pallette like mine you can easily spend two hours and a good chunk of change here. consistent quality for years. We eat very little raw fish, but the fog soup, sea salad, spider roll, California, tempura, soba etc are always satisfying and tasty. I prefer the trip only service, The waitstaff was uneven.
