Lovely early dinner experience— great menu choices, delish flavors, gluten free accommodation was not a problem as choices were clearly noted, friendly expedient service-Ann was knowledgeable, offered suggestions when necessary and kept a positive vibe in our porch setting. So glad to dine here whenever we make the trip to Cape May. They are a well run restaurant with a team who care about the customers experience.

Another fantastic dining experience; The Washington Inn is our go-to for a special night out. They kindly seated us at our requested table in the patio area, and then Daniel, our server, took it from there. He was attentive without being intrusive, paced everything perfectly. As usual, the food was delicious, and we are looking forward to our next special occasion to celebrate there.

Superlative dining experience. Our server, Miles, was personable and knowledgeable of the menu and gracious at every turn. The food was scrumptious, beautifully presented, and very well prepped. Simon, the sommelier was charming and quite experienced at suggesting pairings with our foie gras and duck/beef entrees. Service el throughout was on point

From the timely valet service to the dessert, this establishment is excellent. The Cioppino was fantastic as were the short ribs. Salads were a bit pricey for the size but made with fresh and local ingredients.the memo included a few NA beers and mocktails. The service was very attentive!! Réservez une table maintenant

Our server, Stacy, was phenomenal. She recommended items on the menu that we wouldn't have picked and they were spot on. Her description of each item was detailed and the dishes were delicious! She made our experience here for our wedding anniversary. We loved it and will be back!

Thank you Washington Inn for an amazing evening. The food and cocktails were outstanding and the lovely anniversary dessert was a special ending. I also want to thank Sean for the fantastic service and suggestions. Definitely an establishment we will be back to.

We had a great meal. The service was excellent. Everything was top notch, as it was about 20 years ago for our first meal at the Inn. We will definitely dine there again when in the South Jersey area. Try it, you will be pleased!!

Washington Inn is fine dining. Excellent service and delicious cuisine. Our server Sonja was very nice and attentive. A new Chef did not disappoint from appetizers to dessert. We have dined here for many years, always pleased. Réservez une table maintenant

This is a “must go to” restaurant. Excellent meals made even better by outstanding service (thank you again Melissa! . Highly recommend having dinner here. Can't imagine how our birthday celebration could have been better.

The oysters Rockefeller was delicious or at least that's what my son told me. I ordered it for me but my son ate it all. The shorts ribs and cioppino were absolutely the way to go. They were both cooked very well.
