However, when we arrived, we were informed that several menu items were not available, including sandwiches and shrimp options. The server mentioned that this was a recurring issue since they started working there earlier in the week. The food we did receive, such as the salmon burger, seemed mediocre and possibly frozen. This hidden gem offers delicious food and exceptional service, especially if you are lucky enough to have Alana as your server. She is attentive, helpful, and personable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable with her wonderful smile. I had dinner at wsb and again eating was excellent. Chef/owner ray creates wonderful dishes. they are inventive, tasty and the price of the meal does not break the bank. One of my favorite restaurants in morristown and there is much to choose. will be back soon. service is very good. sometimes the noise level rises, but in the rule, the noise is quite acceptable.
We were a party of eight celebrating my daughter's birthday. Service was attentive and forthcoming, including special requests like putting up small decorations and candles. The food was excellent contributing to the high spirits of all attendees. It was everyone's first time at the Bistro, but we will definitely come again.

A quiet, hidden gem in the overcrowded restaurant crush of Morristown. Beautiful salads, creative soups, everything fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. A friend and I went there for lunch and plan to go back with our spouses for dinner.
It was our first and will probably be our last time to eat at Wash. St. Bistro. It was a warm evening in June and the air-conditioning wasn't working. That coupled with a menu better suited to winter temps (e.g. Meat loaf) made it a very underwhelming experience.
Really enjoyed the intimate nature of this small restaurant. Owner/chef came out to speak with us before we left, which was a nice touch. Some adjustments to the dishes b/c of requests were handled well. Very nice experience.
