Decent ramen joint but everyone in my group felt something was a miss with their dish. My two friends ordered more traditional ramen miso dishes, both stated while the meal was overall ok, the broth was overly savory, rich and somewhat off putting by itself....I ordered a not so traditional ramen dish, several types of pork and no broth. I asked for this spicy dish which my waitress went out of her way to accommodate. Even with the elevated level of spice, I still found the saltiness overpowering and again somewhat off putting. Wow! This is the first place where I was extremely satisfied with ramen! I hope the owner comes to Edmonton to open another restaurant. You can enjoy a full bowl of meat ramen for only $13 and the soup is authentic and deliciously rich. This is how I like my ramen - first, savor the flavor of the soup on its own, then enjoy each topping individually. Next, pair the meat with soy sauce. When you're almost two-thirds done, add a few drops of hot pepper oil and repeat the process. Finally, when you're left with just a few bites, sprinkle some mixed pepper powder over the remaining ramen and drink up all the soup. I love you guys! I will definitely plan a return trip to Halifax just for this ama...

This restaurant serves some of the best ramen I have ever tasted. I have been here twice - once for the spicy chicken ramen (the karaage was perfectly cooked) and another time for the tsukemen dipping ramen. The eggs served here are incredible. The portion sizes are generous but not excessive, and the prices are reasonable for the high quality of the ramen.

Delicious ramen, easy atmosphere and lots of drink options. Unfortunately, not a lot of seating so if you're planning on bringing a few friends, call for a reservation. Has seating available at the bar, but in winter it can be quite cold as the winter breeze from the entrance sends chills down the spine. Réservez une table maintenant

We were lucky to find a spot on the patio, it can be really busy here in the evenings. It's a popular place. I ordered the pork tantanmen, and was quite pleased with it. The colors and presentation was nice to look at and it tasted just as good. Pricing isnt bad either considering what you get.

We found the ramen to be rich flavorful but the low score is due to the average service and very slow kitchen. Don’t seem to be able to deal with demand all to well. Almost a minute wait once ordered, although the outdoor...patio wasn’t at all full as the photo shows.

I can't say enough about this restaurant! I was in Halifax for two weeks and ended up eating here 5 times. The Baos are amazing, especially the pork belly with fresh kimchi. This is the best ramen noodle restaurant in Halifax, and you must try the spicy Tam-tam soup.

I've been to W&B twice. Both times were great. The broth is tasty, the noodles are made each day, and the staff are super friendly. Then cauliflower is a must try. My favorite ramen is a tight tie between the chicken miso and duck shio. Réservez une table maintenant

This place will make you crave their food on a regular basis. Go once and you will be back. It get's busy but you can reserve a table online before you arrive if you want.
