Absolutely love the people in this store. The employees here are great! I believe the problem with this store exists one level above the store manager and higher. There is literally always something unavailable that is supposed to be available on themenu. The greed of the corporate structure along with the oligarch mentality by which WaWa seems to function very carelesslyuses some very good and nice people like protective shields. This particular store just will not have ?something?. Theexplanation at the store level is that they are forbidden to replenish menu items if it poses a risk of even minimal waste.Unfortunately, there seems to be no concern that it upsets more than just one or two...
Wawa provides excellent service, a variety of quality products, and convenient locations. While their gas prices are usually competitive, they tend to be higher than Costco's prices, but the advantage is that no membership is required to shop here. The food options are quite nice as well; I often pick up a sandwich for lunch. As a vegetarian, I would appreciate a wider selection of options. Additionally, they offer nitrogen for your tires, which is said to be superior to regular air, possibly due to the current pollution levels.
I had to leave the restaurant! On July 26, 2023, at 9:25 AM, a man brought his dog inside, and the staff were fawning over it. He just stood there with a silly expression while they petted the dog. I love dogs—I own one myself—but they shouldn’t be in places where food is exposed or near the sandwich-making area. The sign at the entrance clearly states that dogs are not permitted unless they are service animals. If a health department inspector were present, they would likely shut this place down.
Since the remodel, this place has gone downhill. I recently ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla, and it arrived cold, missing the sour cream I paid for. The last time I had a BLT, the bacon was soggy and not cooked well. I decided to switch to quesadillas, but this is the second time they've messed it up! It's not difficult to pay attention and get things right. There's really no excuse when you have a printed order with step-by-step instructions. Please stop being lazy.

Wawas has transformed into a peaceful and enjoyable place! I'm happy to upgrade my review to 5 stars. Finally, I don’t have to endure a lecture from the cashier about environmental issues when I simply ask for a plastic straw. Nor do I want to hear comments like "drink from the can like a big boy." It would be great if the same level of concern was directed at customers purchasing cigarettes. I was hoping this would change after your renovation, but it seems that it hasn’t.
This Wawa is a great spot. The staff is helpful, the food is good, and the coffee is always fresh or there’s a backup pot ready. The only downside is the condition of the bathroom. I'm not sure who's responsible for cleaning it, but they seem to be neglecting their duties (I’m trying to avoid curse words, but the bathroom is in quite a state). Other than that, it's my local Wawa that I visit frequently.
I shouldn't have to be informed by the insurance company about potential environmental harm when I ask for a plastic straw, nor should the cashier have to explain how to drink a large soda. I just had the sausage and cheese pizza tonight, and I must say, they are really putting the competition to the test. This pizza was generously topped with cheese and sausage, and it was cooked to perfection.
