I’m a big fan of coffee, particularly lattes, and I've always relied on Wawa for their delicious offerings. However, I've recently noticed a frustrating change: prices have increased, and now there's an extra 50-cent charge for an additional shot of espresso, which I feel should already be included in the latte. After all, the espresso is the main ingredient! It’s akin to being charged extra for bread in a sandwich. I can't help but wonder which savvy CEO thought this was a good idea, especially since customers now have to shell out an extra 50 cents from their hard-earned cash every time they want a latte. Can someone explain this?
So I love my coffee, Latte's especially. Wawa has always been my go to for the simple fact they usually make them yummy. Problem now is on top of everything that's gone up in price , they have decided to charge an EXTRA 50¢ for 1 SHOT, which technicallyshould be included in the latte. I mean when you look up latte it's Literally the 1ST!!! INGREDIENT. It's basically likecharging extra for the bread for a sandwich ????!?! I would just like to know which clever CEO agreed to ROB!! customers out ofan extra 50 cents of their hard earned cash!! every time they decide to buy a latte. Please give me some answers????
Overall, Wawa is a fairly clean establishment, but the staff could use some improvement. On one occasion, two employees were sitting in front of the only open register, chatting while I waited to check out. They didn’t assist me until they finished their conversation, and only then did one begin to ring me out. Another time, I tried to speak with an employee who completely ignored me and walked away. The staff at Wawa can be quite rude. The menu itself is good, but the service leaves much to be desired.
Wawa wasn’t too crowded when I visited late Saturday afternoon. The food was good and prepared quickly. The parking lot was chaotic, mostly due to the gas station and people using the free air machine for their tires. It will probably get busier once the new building is completed and opens. The menu at Wawa offers a great variety that keeps things interesting.

Wawa is usually excellent, but store #970 near the Atlantic City Expressway at exit 5 falls short. The coffee and sugar were empty, trash was on the floor, and overall it felt several steps below most Wawa locations. This Wawa only deserves two stars based on its condition and service, despite the generally good menu offerings.
Can you take a look at this bread? I scooped out the inside and found that when I rolled it up like a snowball, it was just a mixture of dough, water, and chemicals. It may look nice on the outside, but it's really just a soggy dough inside.
Just look at this bread! I couldn't help but take a piece. I shaped it into a ball in my hand and could feel the mix of dough, water, and additives. While it looks tempting from the outside, it’s really just a mushy lump of dough.
Wawa is always a fantastic choice for a quick snack or a complete meal. It's conveniently located, making it easy to access, and the service is excellent.
