I really don’t understand why it’s so hard for Wawa, especially this location, to provide customers with hot coffee. I've lost count of how many times I've made my coffee only to find it lukewarm. It’s not because of the creamer I use—there are rare occasions when I'm lucky enough to get a hot cup even with the same amount of creamer. It’s become so frustrating that if I find my coffee is cold after I’ve prepared it, I just end up dumping it in the trash at the coffee station. I dislike doing that, but I’m tired of wasting money on coffee that isn’t hot at all. Because of this issue, I’ve started avoiding this location altogether. It’s very disappointing. Please, Wawa, I just want a hot cup...
I can’t believe a single donut costs three dollars! To make matters worse, Gatorade has been out of stock for four months. While the sandwiches are tasty and reasonably priced, many Wawa locations have severely neglected their coffee systems. There are too many buttons and only three people can use it at a time. Plus, the new coffee just doesn’t measure up to the classic Wawa brew we once loved. A dozen eggs costs five dollars—what a rip-off! The pre-made salads are also quite small and priced between eight and ten dollars. Oh Wawa, what has happened to you? It seems like greed is the culprit. At least the staff are friendly. Now, I’ll need to find a new place for my coffee fix.

I absolutely love visiting Wawa! The managers start each day by cheerfully greeting the team with a big "MORNING EVERYONE!!!," which creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere that really lifts your spirits. The menu is fantastic and always offers something delicious. Keep up the great work! This Wawa location is clean and well-kept. I was particularly impressed by their modern door handles, which can help reduce the spread of germs and may even contribute to slowing the transmission of COVID-19. Additionally, their choice to use paper instead of foil for wrapping sandwiches—since foil does not decompose in landfills—is a great step toward being more environmentally friendly! #gogreen

Thank you, Wawa, for the buffalo chicken sandwich I just received. However, I was disappointed to find it ice cold only four minutes after getting it. Cold chicken, even in a salad, is quite unappetizing. Hopefully, improvements can be made to the menu to ensure the food is served at the right temperature.
