This is probably one of the worst Wawa locations I've visited. Having recently moved from Philadelphia, that really says something. Their chip card reader wasn't working, and I saw the customer ahead of me struggle with the same issue before I experienced it myself. Despite this, the cashiers were rude and insisted that everything was fine, implying that I must just be someone who's low on funds. Just so you know, my account has more money in it than they probably earn in a month. Additionally, there's one cashier who keeps giving me dirty looks every time I walk in. This is a small WAWA, and I've given it 4 stars primarily because it lacks a public restroom. I’m looking forward to the new super WAWA being built down the street, which should be a great addition. The staff here is always friendly, and the place is kept clean. I often visit in the early evenings, and I typically see police officers taking their breaks or having dinner here, so it feels like one of the safest WAWAs around.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Wawa. One employee, Becky, was especially rude and even asked us to leave, despite us only being there to enjoy a milkshake and pay at the counter. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, and I believe she should be dismissed. Becky, I hope you take some time to reconsider your approach, as such an attitude is inappropriate in any work environment. Thank you.

The best coffee in town! The sandwiches are tasty, and the staff is welcoming. Even during the busy morning hours, orders are served quickly. With so many coffee options in Media, PA, when you need a fast caffeine fix, this is the place to go. I've always had a great experience here.
This Wawa is just like any other location I've visited. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and there's a wide variety of options available. The prices are reasonable—not overly expensive, but not especially cheap either. They are also accommodating to service dogs.

He got seriously sick after eating one of their wraps. I was aware that this Wawa location was unclean before the renovation, but I hoped things would improve afterward. Now, I’m not so sure. I don’t think I could ever eat anything from Wawa again!
