This morning I saw a grown-up rash on the vault, where sandwiches run on the vault. I'm completely honest and I'm not exaggerated at all. It wasn't a stinking mistake or something. It was a villain. I wish I had a picture of it. A guy behind me brought it to my attention. I'll put my sandwich right back! Maybe it's one, but God doesn't even let me eat from there. I'm just honest. WAwa experts have examined/treated this site for pests. I never had any problems with this place outside. It always seemed clean. My local Wawa. The sighting was a disappointment.
There is a Wawa close to my home, but THIS Wawa is exceptional. Great people work at this store. Customer service, food and cleanliness is 90-95%. Employees are always pleasant and helpful. My one complaint is, on several occasions my food orders have been incorrect or sloppy. I ordered egg salad and was given tuna fish, a veggie casadia was missing veggies with only onions and dumped in the box. Twice in 8 years isn't bad, but please put more efforts behind the deli counter. Thank you and good job Wawa!
This wawa is always great inside with the deli and coffee. Gas on the other hand has been ridiculous. Three separate occasions I have tried to get gas and waited over 6 minutes, the worst being 8. The attendant had made eye contact with me and proceeded to not service me. Each time they had at most two other cars. It's ludicrous and needs to be addressed before I even think about buying gas here again.
The customer service at this Wawa is atrocious! They really need to shut down for a couple days and retrain everyone. Especially how to talk to people. Then again the problem could be simple maybe they're not morning people and they need to fire them and hire morning people.
