We waited over 20 minutes for our order, which was just an iced coffee. After waiting for 15 minutes, we asked an employee how much longer it would take, and she said she was preparing it right then. When the manager came over, she didn’t say anything. After a few more minutes of waiting, we expressed our frustration and were told that the espresso machine was broken. The manager was rude instead of apologetic! Only after we asked again did she finally mention the machine issue. Meanwhile, our elderly parents were left waiting in the car this entire time! This is outrageous. They should have informed us about the problem right away, and we would have understood! This kind of customer servi...
I rarely complain about a place but the past couple times we?ve come here for sandwiches they?ve really messed up the order. We don?t stop here unless we?re picking up something from the deli. Tonight, my turkey ?club? had no bacon, no tomato on it (that was ordered) but for some weird reason it did have sweet peppers which I don?t like at all. My husband?s sub was smothered in mayo although he didn?t request it. We?re local but I wasn?t driving 10 minutes back to have them fix it. In the future, we will think twice before choosing to get food here and we really enjoy Wawa! More ATTENTION needs to be given to detail so people don?t feel like they?ve paid for something they didn?t enjoy.
I got very very sick, Food poisoning, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak. I think the chicken was either old or undercooked. The store wasn?t very well stocked, lot of empty shelves and inventory totes out throughout the store. I think they were forced to serve what they had available. I wanted a cheesesteak and they were sold out. Love Wawa, eat at them 1-2 times a week all over Delaware. I was very surprised with the experience. Vomit, diarrhea, and chills.
This is not a joke, and it really needs to be acknowledged. This is the renowned BB Wawa, and the dedication of the staff here to serving as many customers as possible with their daily needs is truly remarkable. Everyone is incredibly friendly all the time. You can always trust food prepared by kind people; it's guaranteed to be honest and fresh. Additionally, they make a significant positive impact on the community. I've noticed and appreciate it! Wawa is an amazing place. As someone from the Midwest, I really look forward to visiting Wawa whenever I'm in town or on the East Coast. Every sub I've had there has been fantastic, and what I love is how simple they make their sandwiches. The straightforward approach really allows the flavors to shine without being overwhelmed by too many toppings.
