Over the years, I've noticed staff changes, but they've always been friendly, professional, and seem genuinely happy to be working here. The store is consistently clean, and the prepared food is always delicious and high-quality. I also appreciate the wide selection of drinks and prepackaged snacks. My only issues with the place have been the limited parking—though that's usually not a problem at 2 AM, it can be during busier hours—and, understandably, the wait for food can be longer when multiple customers arrive at once. However, you can easily avoid this by placing an order through their app.
There’s plenty of parking available, gas prices are reasonable, and the food is good at fair prices. The staff is excellent—very friendly and efficient. The location is open 24/7 and conveniently located near the Beltway. My only significant complaint is that the restroom is far too small for a busy establishment like this. It has just one stall, one urinal, and one sink, which is not enough. Plus, there’s only an air dryer and no paper towels, and the pull-out exit door for the restroom is poorly designed. Come on, Wawa, you can do better!
I usually love me a Wawa, but this one was overall not a pleasant experience. Very bad smelling walking into the store. Small selection and very crowded. Unfortunately both the items we ordered were not as good as they usually are but that?s likely because there were so many orders coming through so they were rushing. I feel for the staff who were pleasant but I would pick another Wawa if possible. Went from a 3 to a 4 because of the unassuming crocheted meats on theceiling though.
I visited this Wawa over the weekend and had a great experience. I would definitely return. The only issue I encountered was that the scanner had trouble reading my Wawa rewards card, even with my screen brightness turned all the way up. It eventually worked, but when I tried to scan my physical Wawa rewards card, it wouldn't scan either—something I've never experienced at other Wawas. Aside from that, this location is very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly as well. Réservez une table maintenant
Was asked to ?not hang out for too long? after spending 30 dollars on food. No picnic tables to eat. Was told to clean up our trash which without question was from an employee bc there were two plastic gloves similar to the style their service workers wear. Couldn?t pay me to go back.
