As a long-term customer of Lafayette Hill Wawa, I found it very refreshing that a grandmother had brought to young children to say hi to her mother while making sandwiches in the deli. Since they greeted each other with smiles and hellos, an employee ran under the name Brandy to the excited mother, only to be repremanded by her that no family or friends might receive reduced food, which means that this can be the reason why they have come to visit. I can tell the women with the employees that children were completely humiliated and the women even asked Brandy if they should go to another Wawa to buy their food. This was very unprofessional and should have been treated completely differently.
I am a wawa fan so I look forward to stopping there daily. Quite often when I'm out of town my 1st choice is ALWAYS Wawa. This particular Wawa is on my route to work. I'm usually here between 645 and 700 am. Today was the 2nd time that I had to ask for French vanilla coffee. There seem to be plenty staff members on duty so I'm puzzled by this situation. The coffee area is always messy which I notice is not the priority here that it is at other Wawa stores. Please management, take care of this asap. Jim is always pleased to offer a kind word of encouragement to the customers and I look forward to seeing his smiling face.
Not sure who the woman was working at 12:30am on Thursday the 21st of March but she made th best sandwich(meatball sub) I ever had at any wawa hands down. She toasted the bread with cheese a little extra longer, which everyone knows is the absolute best, she was accommodating to a special request of mine, and simply made sure my meal was spectacular! I?ve always loved wawa but I?ll make sure to come back when she?s working! Great service, great personality, and a great sandwich. Perfect after a long day at work! Thanks so much!!!
At 6:20 am, I ordered a scrambled egg bowl with bacon. The bacon was practically RAW. One end of each strip looked cooked but looks are deceiving. The entire slices were rubbery and stretchy. I was on my way to an appointment so I didn't have access to a microwave to cook the bacon had to throw the bacon away. Undercooked food is a health hazard. I would NEVER purchase any cooked items from this store. Réservez une table maintenant
If you're in need of a quick suit, this is the spot for you. I visited on a Friday at 1 AM, and it was surprisingly busy. The staff was decent, especially since I arrived late. Even in city locations like Wawa, where the service can be lackluster, I found this place to be much more organized and attentive.
