I placed an online order and the estimated pickup time was 16 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant in about 10 minutes. When I received my shake, it was served in a small cup that looked like a child-sized cup. When I asked if that was my shake, the guy confirmed with a laugh. I found it absurd to pay $5 for such a small portion, and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. My food was barely warm when I picked it up, and the fries were soggy. The burger and shakes tasted good, but overall, the experience was not worth it for the price. I will not be returning.
This restaurant is great when the right staff is working, but unfortunately tonight (5/21) was a disappointing experience due to the crew on duty. The staff seemed unmotivated and slow, resulting in a lower quality of food than expected. Another customer even found a long hair in their burger and received a refund. It took nearly an hour to receive our order, and I received unfriendly looks while waiting for my food. Additionally, our order was incorrect. It is clear that this crew needs to be retrained or replaced altogether.
The food at this restaurant is tasty, but there always seems to be something missing from my order. Every time I have eaten here, something has been left out. It shouldn't be that difficult to double check orders. Today was the final straw for me. I ordered chicken tenders, fries, and a classic cheeseburger with no substitutions, but the burger was missing from my order. We have never been to an Wayback Burger. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed and friendliness of the service. The burgers were made to order and tasted very good. The onion rings and milkshake were also made to order and tasted very good. It took about 10 minutes for us to get our food. We'll visit again when we are back in the area
Every dish was cooked perfectly. The fried pickles are crunchy with a great vinegar flavor. The burger patties have crispy edges and the toppings are well-balanced. The bacon cheese fries have a generous amount of cheese and bacon. The portion sizes of fries and pickles are generous for the price.
