An honestly good place to eat if you’re in a pinch. The food is definitely okay. I like their veggie burgers and their fries aren’t too bad but also aren’t anything special. Exactly what you can expect from a mediocre burger chain. The environment is a little cold but you can’t exactly blame the underpaid and most likely understaffed employees for that now, can you? Overall, I had fun but if you didn’t have the warm company of family, you might start to get paranoid that everyone in the shop hates you and wants you gone (lol . However, I do have a diagnosed anxiety disorder so that could be me more projecting than the actual feel of the restaurant (I’m medicated, don’t worry! .
Meh. The food is actually good but the service was a joke. We ordered like 30 minutes ahead and still waited like 10-15 once we got there. Which was weird considering there were no customers. Could have just been an off night. The big girl behind thecounter was using her gloved hands to touch her phone and then the food?and eat her lunch right in front on the same counterthey make the food. Also with her gloved hands. Lucky for us another girl made our food. We will probably go back because thefood was honestly good but also because I don?t have an issue speaking up if someone is touching my food with dirty hands? I?llask it to be remade.
I had an average experience at the restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean, but the prices felt a bit higher than they should be. The burger meat was tasty, but the bacon was very thin and lacked flavor. My burger was overloaded with mustard, and I can still smell it on my fingers as I write this. The fries were decent, but once again, the bacon let me down. I recommend trying the inverted bun, as it holds together better. On a positive note, the Oreo shake was delicious—so good that I forgot to take a photo!
I visited Medford and tried this place for the first time. The burgers are huge, and the onion rings are also large, though they could use a bit more salt; however, they have salt packets available, so it’s not a big deal. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The burger was a bit all over the place, perhaps just a tad too much ketchup, but it was still delicious. I can't wait to come back!

The double bacon burger and build your own chicken sandwich was amazing as well as the black and white milkshake we got. I would have given them a 5 star rating but We also ordered the o-fries, they we?re good but we got a Small handful of fries andliterally four onion rings for $5. I have to say the o-rings were good but not worth the price.
Wayback Burgers has a good selection of burgers to choose from, in addition to the voice of toppings. I find that the best part of this burger joint is the chili cheese fries, though not tangy enough for my taste, I'll still order it again. If the patties were bigger, it would definitely be my burger stop.

Burger was ok craft your own. 1.25 for two ultra thin/short slices of bacon. Person taking orders couldn't get out order right after multiple times of placing he seemed very frustrated.. two patrons in the whole place but somehow every table was dirty with 4+ people working.

Had never been, so took the clerks suggestion on what to try. The impossible melt was very good, but the onions were a bit on the raw side. The onion rings were not something I would order again. Definitely not fast food, I would wait for it again!
