Food was undercooked, visibly pink and still cold. Manager’s response was the pink was from being smoked which didn’t make sense. It was obvious the food was undercooked. Would not return to this location. The manager also did not apologize for the situation. Waitress was great, very polite and helpful. First and last time going to this location. Spent over $100 on food that simply was not worth what was offered.
Out of our four meal’s… Two orders, each consisting of two of pork chops were very tough… only part of one each was eaten… the others discarded. A bit for an uneatable meal. We did not complain because we just don’t do that… The other two meals…. Walleye and Ribs were OK, but I couldn’t substitute the asparagus for another side without an up-charge? I hate asparagus
My friends and I went there to celebrate a birthday and it was an amazing experience. The comfort of the restaurant, the ambience and the food was absolutely perfect and most reasonable for the pricing. Not to mention the service was impeccable. Shout out to Morgen, who was our server and did a fabulous job to make it a wonderful Night for my friends and I.
Ate with a friend here. I got the BBQ combo which was good. My friend got the prime rib. Had two bites and said it was dry. Didn’t eat anymore. Instead of taking that all the bill, they offered a free dessert. Lol what the F kind of restaurant does that? Anyways, I think there are many better steakhouses than this place for sure. hubbys suppe was cold. I had the Thanksgiving dinner that was wonderful – except the vegys. brüssel sprouts were soggy, reminded me of the frozen ones my mother used to serve. carrots also underwhelming. better to have left.
Thanksgiving dinner option excellent! beautiful portions and delicious dinner. definitiw an option for Thanksgiving 2023!
Our server Adam was excellent! He was very friendly and professional and made our dinner experience that much better.
