Weberstübchen - Réservation de table

We arrived to reservation, we ordered 2 bratwursts and come 5 minutes later our server notifies us there's only 1 bratwurst left in the kitchen. We said okay and my friend ordered a schnitzel instead. 25 minutes passes by and our waiter comes back and informs me that there's no more bratwursts available. It escapes me on how it took so long for him to realize this. Anyways I ordered something new and we ended up getting our food about 30 minutes later and it was served to us with no silverware. About 10 minutes go by and we finally get our servers attention and he gets us our silverware. Needless to say the service was terrible BUT the food was good. We had heard about a great German restaurant in Ramstein from several people but never got the name. I finally got the info and we went last night. The food was magnificent. We had Rahm schnitzel, steak, bratwurst and chicken. Everything was fresh. We really enjoyed the beilagen salad because it came with little piles of tasty salads to compliment the lettuce such as marinated carrots, green beans and cucumbers. The place has about 7 tables and the service is attentive. We'' be back!

Been to Ramstein many times and somehow missed this gem of a place. Found it while roaming the streets one afternoon, and decided to try it for dinner. Apparently, everyone else knows about it, so be sure to make a reservation in advance.The owner, Thomas, is also a butcher, makes all his own sausages/wursts... and let me tell you, they are delicious! All the side dishes are wonderful as well. Weberstubchen is now my favorite restaurant in Ramstein, I can't wait to go back!

Came into town on Wednesday night and followed the TripAdvisor Recommendation and was so glad I did! My family of four loved our German food and the price with drinks was around 70 Euro. Very easy parking. A small restaurant so you probably need reservations at peak times. We came right at opening so we were fortunate to get a table.Check it out when in town! Klein gezellig restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel. Typische Duitse gerechten. Geen haute cuisine maar degelijke grote schotels voor een kleine prijs (in vergelijking met België). Lekker slaatje als bijgerecht. En de zoete witte wijn is echt een aanrader.

I had the Rump Steak with Bell Peppers and Onions and as far as I know there isn't any better in the States. Didn't get the chance to Order the Rib eye, but my friend did and it looked so amazing I'm going to try it once I'm in Germany again.

Ate here several times over the course a week long business trip to Ramstein. Thomas was a gracious host and Elly was enjoyable to talk with as well as a very competent bartender. Eat the brats and jagerschnitzel. Best around.

The ambience was great, service also. The schnitzel was so tender it could be cut with a fork. Can't wait until I try the Rib eye and bratwurst. Réservez une table maintenant

A nice restaurant providing good quality food. A little expensive for the area but still good. Can be busy at times, so booking advised

Found this gem during my visit a year ago, a must go to, food is awesome, atmosphere is great, a must if you are in the area.
