I got strawberry cheesecake pancakes! Bomb diggety, wife and daughter got the papas w carnitas w green chile on the side w over medium eggs. Everybody was super happy with the meal. Nobody could finish, and we eat good, real good lol. We come from families where everyone cooks and they're really good at it si we are picky about good food. This was awesome. Amazing flavors. Friendly staff. Enough parking. The location was moving, but impressively clean, organized and welcoming even under that circumstance. Had the New Mexico eggs Benedict, which comes with pork and both red and green chili. The green chili if one of the best I have ever had. The spice level is perfectly balanced. The Chicken and Waffles were also impressive. The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The chicken was crispy, plenty of syrup available if that's your thing. These dishes stood out in flavor, and portions were super generous. The only nitpicking I could do is on the hash browns, they were not crispy enough.
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The Eggs Benedict I ordered was a subpar dish, scoring a 4 out of 10. The Hollandaise sauce was lumpy and the eggs were somewhat overcooked. The hashbrowns, however, were a saving grace with a rating of 7.2 out of 10 for being nice and golden. The lettuce and tomato on the side were concerning. The only highlight of the meal was the big cinnamon roll.
The portion sizes at this restaurant were more suited for a child than an adult, especially considering the price we paid. My original bowl was missing meat. If we decide to eat here again, it definitely won't be at this location. It felt like a waste of money, and now we have to find more food elsewhere since the portions were so small.

The Bowl O Papas was not a lot of food and seemed smaller than what is normally served in the restaurant. The orange juice was the most expensive drink but came in a tiny cup, while the sprite was in a giant cup and was much cheaper. Size difference was expected but this feels like Im being massivley overcharged.
Had Huevos Rancheros with green sauce and carnitas adavado. Second plate was South of the Border Denver Omelet. Amazing portions, amazing flavors. The staff was fast and courteous. We even bought some t-shirts the experience was so great. Thank you and we'll return when we frequent Albuquerque again.
I ordered the short stack, portion was a lot larger than I anticipated, but pancakes were pretty good : server was attentive and checked on us frequently. Comfortable atmosphere for friends and family breakfast.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and made to order. However, I have deducted one star as we did not receive a small orange juice that was supposed to be included in our order.

Good food and friendly service. Molly was a fabulous server and very attentive. Grilled cinnamon bun was interesting but worth a try
