I am extremely disappointed with the decline in customer service at Wegmans. The woman who took my call when I tried to place my pizza order was rude and disrespectful. On top of that, Wegmans has increased the prices of their pizzas while reducing the amount of toppings. I ordered a sheet-sized pizza (the largest size) of our favorite, buffalo chicken, to feed a large, hungry family. When I got home, we were shocked to find that there was hardly any chicken on the pizza at all! It was absolutely ridiculous! Just the other day, I picked up some lobster bisque from the soup bar, and once again, there wasn't a single chunk of lobster in it. Seriously, Wegmans? This is poor management! It's not...
I placed a curbside order with a side substitution, but when I got home, it wasn't what I had ordered. Since I'm currently home from work due to an injury, I didn't want to make the trip back to the restaurant to fix the issue. I ended up eating only half of my meal and had to throw the rest away, which felt like a waste of both food and money. I ordered at 2:15 PM when it wasn't busy, so I expected better service.
This is my favorite business in the area. The best selection of foods with a great variety. The best part of the shop is the Deli and Bakery. I love the cakes and donuts from the bakery and the Deli has great food for lunch and dinner.
Wegmans consistently delivers exceptional quality with their subs, pizza, buffet, and sushi. The facility is clean, the service is quick, and there are plenty of options to choose from—all of which taste great.

I really enjoy the wine selection, cakes, food, cheese, and the thin crust pizza from Wegmans—everything is delicious and reasonably priced. Shopping at Wegmans is always a pleasure!
I believe Wegmans is performing exceptionally well, and I really enjoy shopping there. During my last visit, I purchased some Ribeye steaks, and they were fantastic.
Wegman's is ready for St. Patrick's Day with Guinness, Tableware, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Hats, Stickers, Cards, Beads, and many gift items.
This store is great and so is the staff. Beautiful produce and nice ready to cook options. Just like other places prices keep going up

They are open during construction, nite shift but everyone's working with one another . Very nice staff. Good cleaning crew.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The establishment was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend!
