Very good local wines and Cairo-Palatinate fusion food at its best. In this small but fine restaurant you can sit beautifully under old trees and have a nice selection of local wines, many of which are also served by the glass. The owner provides excellent and friendly advice. The highlight is the food: We had a Sentianolle Baba Ganoush, and because we were here for the first time, the “signature dish”, a Koshary. Everything perfect, a taste experience, without any convenience products or ready-made sauces. Following the boss's advice, you should actually first dose the home-made habanero sauce drop by drop, but you will then be rewarded with a fine, fruity spiciness that has nothing in comm...
