We stayed on our trip through the Palatinate in these beautiful and beautiful hotel 4 nights. Very quickly they realized that the famous Palatinate cordiality has found NO home here. The atmosphere is cool and impersonal, the staff acts intimidated and uncertain, the kindness is set up and does not come from heart. The only warm and loving event is breakfast including the very nice woman who prepares breakfast. Quite arrogant and rude is the boss who, in the eyes of other guests, has a few men just “repressed” that they were too loud when they came home from a notch. very good eating in a great atmosphere. the weeping recommendations for the dresses were very suitable. the French hummus with the bach was a brilliant appetizer; the following spatel was prepared before location and very tasty. a little new was the sauce bread with a smoked note very delicious! the great selection of vegetarian and vegan dressing is to be emphasized. the staff is very friendly and attentive. we will recommend the house to our guests and gladly return. A very nice hotel, new in 2019, on an owner-guided winery. Tastefully furnished rooms, large bathroom, good bed. With very good restaurant, therefore it is absolutely recommended half board. Friendly service, in the restaurant and at the reception, impeccable and helpful. Beautiful selection of own wines and some Palatinate delicacies in the small shop, with which you should fill the trunk when you leave. : We'll be back.
Pronounced overwhelmed service. The service was not able to respond to important special requests by the guest. Hotel should be nice and the food good. That's why I wanted to make my parents a surprise for Christmas and I called in December and mentioned that explicitly. Then it was said that the prices would not be fixed and then I should call again in January. Then don't stop. I didn't find very professional.
