we wanted to eat in a wine-growing restaurant, that is difficult in the region, because most wine-local or grouse industries have to be in the evening from 18:00, or many days of weeks have not been open at all or only August/September. that weeping out is a take. although a table of three was still free (and did not seem to be reserved, then later only a couple) we should sit between two small groups on an elongate table. we ordered a kind of tasting (three weine with some bread and fresh cheese). contempt: the weepings are always gifted into the same glass when you have drunk! possibly this is so usus in the opposite. you could not talk reasonably through the conversations of the neighbors...
Having been born under the green boxes and looking at Sixtin Madonna, we strongly recommend that we stop at dinner at the restaurant on Carl Friedrich Austa's wine shop in Rajobale. There's a meeting with real Saxon wines. It's fair and open, just like their maker. These masterpieces of one of the most northern vineyard regions of the world certainly require appropriate gastrobes, which are well handled by a small menu. We'll recommend a half-cent soup and pay attention to the radople purple carrots! Start lunch with a glass of gambling, to the main dish, we recommend Weissburgunder'15, held in a barrel, and the red amateurs are soft and tender pino noir. Kerner Spettles will be a few sorbet...
the weingut aust offers not only very good Saxon wine from its own production, there are also exceptionally innovative foods. a top cook is not necessarily expected here in the radebeuler weinbergen, but you can find it here. a small menu of excellent dishes offers cookery of finer kind.To this the really very good weine of the house, that is already worth a detour! The staff is attentive and very friendly, the chef an extraordinary host. unconditional recommendation!
it was really a superbly beautiful afternoon that we could spend here. we were invited to a party with a roundabout over the weingut. we resided in the hall in the house. You can't say it differently at the ambiente. view of wine and garden. just romantic. Unfortunately, the photo motifs keep within limits. hosting and eating was very good, well and the wine is excellent. the local itself rustic and enough places also in the open with view of hof lößnitz. it was a great choice to reserve a table in this tiny place. our host not only welcomed us nicely, but also asked about our wine preferences. we drank only the wee whom he recommended, and it was a fabulous idea. we even went back the next day to cost more. even though the menu was small (we had known that before), it was delicious. the homemade brot was warm and everything we needed with the wine. we'll be back!
