Weingut Sommer Hambach/pfalz

After we had to find out that the restaurant on the Hambach Castle had closed due to an event, we are spontaneously a vineyard at the parking lot there. On the weekend, Ms. Sommer personally took care of the booth and took us into typical petty hospitality. With tasty Riesling and a lot of cordiality we could learn a lot about the winery and the region better the afternoon could not have run many thanks

There are good wines at fair price. That's why our cellar filled with summer wine. Fact! But the slanted handling and the tedious talk about East customers, hopefully, lets all these buyers rethink. After the motto: Go ahead! If you're wrong, we've always known. Some of you are so wrong and stupid... shame! Good improvement.

Some time ago we got the secret tip of Weingut Sommer. We find the wines very good. Always friendly and welcome we were served and advised at the Weingut Sommer. Increasing organic cultivation and high quality of wines continues at fair prices. We like to come back!

Gradin wines with a distinctive, fresh acid profile (also the burgundy) and, in spite of dry expansion, with a pleasantly low alcohol content. Partly organic. Good value for money. I find the Silvaner outstanding. Ship quickly and accurately.

On Monday is rest day, but I still crawled and I was very courteously served, tried three wines and was unfortunately forced to take away from everyone. I'm sure I'll come back, try more wines and take more wines.
