one in front, although it is a wine-local, it is excellent to eat (and everything is freshly prepared right behind the counter). even if it is only tapas, you can reorder and reorder again and again depending on hunger and get well-confirmed from the local. the goat cheese has tasted very well with honey, the bliss with salmon caviar and the tiramisu.The wine card is very extensive, only I would have liked a few more open wines. we were four, but unfortunately we couldn't agree on one wein and then instead of one bottle, we ordered four different open weine.
we were already at olaf (mauksch, inh) for the third time, simply because the wine selection is grandiose and you get some weine glassy. there is even a day card for "wine by the glass":-)Who only brings the little starving is super-repealed here: flammkuchen and a large selection of (super tasty) tapas are waiting to be tasted and enjoyed.Not to forget the mini chocolate cake. also absolutely top.As a starting address before or after the dinner, this crisp load is perfect! we'll be back in any case!
at olaf in the wine room it is always very nice. a very wide selection of very good weeping makes a stay for wine lovers indispensable. also a pils can be consumed there. There are small things to eat, such as flaky cake. the whole is rounded off by a very attentive service.
a beautiful spot can be found for all wine friends in the wine room in westerland. in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, olaf and his team offer a lot of great weeps, plus excellent flaky cake, lachs blinis and great tapas. here you can get through many weeping, champagne, fruit

we had 6 tapas from the tapas card and wanted to drink the (single) open Spanish red wine. was drowned out, the other Spanish wee could not be ordered glass-wise. a little strange for a tapas bar. the tapas were rather mediocre, etas greasy and not very imaginative.
to complete a very nice evening and on recommendation of a sylter gastronomin we were allowed to enjoy athmosphere, relaxed friendly service and excellent white burgundy in the wine room!
the wine room invites you to the wine directly. a good personal advice of the Wirtes olaf contributes to enjoying. a small menu with small great decoration is available.
then no longer lasts 14 minutes. then you can just go back and we did. it could have been apologised if high-powered but the local was quite empty.

rarely enjoyed in such an appealing atmosphere (small but fine) great tapas with excellent weeps. an absolute tip! more so!
again and again like to recommend only once in between for a wein.We are looking forward to the next visit in the wine room
