Weinstall Castell - Réservation de table

Thought I had eaten well so far... also star cuisine and myself 30 years in the gastronomy, I was very surprised here. The cook, Marcel a young cool guy, really got it. Incredibly these taste explosions he conjures on the plates. Not only for the eye also the palate does not come too short. All flavors harmonize in a way that made me speechless. Just try out!!! The boss himself served us in a nice, uncomplicated way. The ambience is exceptional, to feel comfortable. I wish the two that their place always has a lot of guests!! I'll be back!

We haven't been in the Weinstall for a long time. Since this year, the boss now cooks himself and to our great surprise we have found a significant improvement in taste and also in the portions. Super was and like to recommend !!! :
